Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Sri Lanka Time (UTC+5:30)

  • Orders placed after cut-off time will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped


2. Worldwide Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Worldwide Free Shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

Note: These are estimates provided by Aramex and may be subject to customs clearance delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  1. shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

  2. link to track your package on the Aramex website

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Nil Manel Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs

  • We are unable to predict or calculate these fees in advance

  • Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order

Some countries may impose additional restrictions or require import permits for botanical products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • We cannot reroute packages once shipped

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping

  • Please contact us immediately at nilmanel.pvt.ltd@gmail.com if you realize you made an error


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Please check with neighbors or your local postal service first

  2. Contact us within 7 days of the "Delivered" date

  3. We will initiate a trace with Aramex on your behalf

Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check the tracking link for updates

  • Contact Aramex directly with your tracking number

  • Email us at nilmanel.pvt.ltd@gmail.com for assistance


8. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  2. Email us at nilmanel.pvt.ltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  3. Include your order number and photos

We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.


9. PO Box Addresses

We can ship to PO Box addresses via Aramex. Please ensure the PO Box is correctly formatted and includes any necessary identifiers.


10. Business Days & Holidays

Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in Sri Lanka)

Sri Lanka Public Holidays: Our shipping partners do not operate on:

  • Sri Lankan Independence Day (February 4)

  • Sinhala & Tamil New Year (April 13–14)

  • Vesak Day (May)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Orders placed on or before these holidays will be processed on the next business day.


11. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

  • Countries under international sanctions

  • Countries that prohibit import of dried botanicals or lotus flowers

It is the buyer's responsibility to:

  • Check local laws regarding import of Blue Lotus, White Lotus, Red Lotus, and other botanicals

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations

Nil Manel Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund orders placed from countries where our products are restricted.
