Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our botanicals, we accept returns only for damaged items, wrong items received, or defective products (e.g. mold or contamination). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We do not accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or allergic reactions. No need to ship items back — refunds or replacements are issued based on photo evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
