Organic whole dried Blue Lotus flowers (Nymphaea caerulea), sustainably sourced from Sri Lanka. Sacred to ancient Egyptians, Blue Lotus is prized for deep relaxation, dream enhancement, and meditation support. Steep 1–3 flowers in hot water (80–90°C) for 5–15 minutes for a calming herbal tea. May also be used for tinctures or ceremonial purposes. Effects include mild euphoria, heightened senses, and vivid dream recall. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 24 months. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not for use during pregnancy, by children under 18, or with sedative medications.
