Organic dried White Lotus flowers (Nymphaea lotus), sustainably sourced from Sri Lanka. A sacred night-blooming flower associated with purity, peace, and evening rituals. Steep 2–3 flowers in hot water (80–90°C) for 10–15 minutes before bedtime. Also used in aromatic baths and topical skin rituals. Rich in antioxidants and flavonoids. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 24 months. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Avoid during pregnancy. Not for children under 18.
