Organic dried Egyptian Blue Lotus flowers (Nymphaea nouchali), sustainably sourced from Sri Lanka. A milder, daytime-friendly alternative to Blue Lotus, offering gentle calm, mental clarity, and mood balance without sedation. Steep 3–4 flowers in hot water (80–90°C) for 15–20 minutes. Rich in flavonoids, alkaloids, and minerals. Ideal for work, study, or light meditation. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 24 months.
